You retain ownership of content you provide to us. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content and deliver the requested services.

Third-party services

Our website or services may link to or interoperate with third-party products and websites. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VeriTrust Global from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk or harm, or if needed to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. Your continued use of the services after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

General terms

These terms, together with any applicable service agreement, form the entire agreement about their subject matter. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Applicable governing law and dispute procedures may be specified in your service agreement. If they are not, the laws and courts with jurisdiction over the VeriTrust Global entity providing the service will apply, subject to mandatory local law.
